RETURN AND REIMBURSEMENT

BEFORE to return a return, contact us by mail at contact@caftan-shop.fr

Here are the conditions of returns:

• Returns fees are your responsibility.
• The request must be made under 14 days (from the date of delivery).
• All items must be returned in their condition of sending (labels, packaging ...).
• All damaged products can not be refunded.
• We have the right to refuse any return after a study your request.
• We will not be responsible for any address error by the customer.
• Personalized products are not refunded.

REFUND

Our repayment deadlines are 7 to 14 days depending on your payment method (MasterCard or Visa credit card).
